My baseboard water heat boiler was old and needed to be replaced. I received several different quotes. Tom was able to come and take a look at the job on the same Saturday I called him. His quote was competitive. Better yet, the quality and planning of his team's work was great! The new system saves space and looks great. I can't say enough about Tom's friendly attitude and willingness to consider any input I had on the project! I'm super happy with my new system!!

Last year we got bids to get central air installed in our house, we already had forced air, a new thermostat, and a crawl space right next to our utility room, should have been an easy installation but all the big companies wanted to charge us over $7500! We decided we couldn't afford it and suffered through that summer. Then someone recommended we call 303 and sooooooo glad we did! Got us a great unit, just what our house needed, installed in a day, for a great price! We will only use 303 heating and air in the future!

We called these guys this morning for our A/C unit that stopped working last night, he came out tonight and we now have cool air up and running!! I highly recommend Tom. He called to let us know he was close, came right on time, gave us a good estimate, and fixed our unit. Even showed us how to maintain it ourselves in the future! Excellent service, very kind, friendly and timely. We will call them for all services needed in the future!

Roberto was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was available on a Sunday to figure out what was causing our a/c unit to freeze up. It was nice that 303 heating did not charge us an arm and a leg just because it was the weekend and was able to solve our issue in the same day. We will definitely be calling them for our future a/c needs.

Can't say enough good things about this company. We had Tom replace our furnace, install a new air conditioner, and replace our hot water heater. I got 2 other quotes and Tom offered the most reasonable price and I was sold by his knowledge and communication while doing the estimate. Did a great job and was done in a day and half. He did a phenomenal job as everything works great. Highly recommend, good price and good work! He goes above and beyond, he even installed a exterior outlet by the AC and electrical panel, for no additional cost.

303 Heating & Air has done fantastic work for me on two jobs, and will definitely be my go-to for any HVAC needs in the future. After bidding out getting a central air conditioner installed last summer with 4 groups, he provided the best price and got the work done right away. Last night he came to my house on short notice when my furnace went out with an extremely reasonable service charge. Very honest and upfront about what needed to be done and took care of the problem quickly.

Tom, the business owner, runs by far the most honest and competent HVAC business in metro-Denver. As a former home builder before moving to Denver 11-years ago, I found mostly less than competent heating & air conditioning companies. Until I found 303-Heating through word of mouth, I again was extremely disappointed with every other so-called 5-Star companies. Highly recommend for integrity, competence and fair pricing.

My heater stopped working a month ago. I called Discount Heating. They said a sensor needed to be replaced. They quoted $500 and some change. I called 303 Hearing and Air, Tom said the sensor just needed to be cleaned. He cleaned the sensor and did a basic maintenance to my furnace. He charged me $129 for it all. He said that I should do the basic maintenance once a year on my furnace and this problem wouldn't happen again. It's rare to find a company that doesn't try to milk every dollar out of their customers. They're now my go to for furnace and air conditioning.
